These Terms of Use apply to BrainPuz - Mini Puzzle Games. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use the App for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, interfere with, or misuse the App or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law.
The App may display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Rewarded video ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded video ad, you may receive certain in-app rewards or benefits after the ad is successfully completed. We do not guarantee that any specific advertisement, reward, or ad format will always be available. Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising networks and service providers. These third parties may process certain device, usage, and advertising-related information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable platform rules, the App may request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your device's advertising identifier or using data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You may allow or deny this permission at any time in your device settings. If you decline tracking permission, the App may still display advertisements, but they may be less personalized. Your decision will not prevent you from using the App's core gameplay features.
Game progress, preferences, settings, and gameplay data may be stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of local game data caused by device issues, operating system updates, deletion of the App, device replacement, data clearing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The App may integrate third-party services, including advertising services and platform services. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, services, advertisements, privacy practices, or terms. Your interaction with advertisements or third-party services may be subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policies.
All content, design, features, graphics, software, and other materials in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, including changing features, gameplay content, advertising formats, or service providers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that any advertisements, rewards, or third-party services will always be available, accurate, or suitable for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any issues related to advertisements, rewards, third-party services, or loss of local game data.
