Effectiveness date: May 9, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to BrainPuz - Mini Puzzle Games. BrainPuz - Mini Puzzle Games is designed as a casual puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including information related to advertising, device identifiers, and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not require account registration, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information We May Collect or Process

Depending on how you use the App and your device settings, we and our service providers may collect or process the following types of information: 1. Device identifiers, such as a device-based UUID generated or used by the App, IDFV, and, only if you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, IDFA. 2. Advertising data, such as ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded video completion status, ad placement, device type, operating system version, language, region, approximate location derived from IP address, and network information. 3. App usage and gameplay data, such as game progress, preferences, settings, level status, ad reward status, and basic interaction events. 4. Local data, such as game progress, preferences, settings, and gameplay data stored on your device. 5. Contact information, if you contact us by email, including your email address and the content of your message.

UUID and Device Identifiers

The App may generate or use a device-based UUID or similar identifier to support app functionality, game progress, advertising frequency control, rewarded ad verification, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement. This identifier is not intended to directly identify you by name. However, it may be considered personal data under some privacy laws when combined with other information.

App Tracking Transparency and IDFA

On iOS, the App may request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or using data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use IDFA and related data to provide, measure, and improve personalized advertising. If you deny tracking permission, we will not access IDFA for tracking purposes. The App may still display advertisements, but they may be non-personalized or contextual ads. You can change your choice at any time in your device settings.

Advertising

The App may include advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising networks and service providers. These providers may collect or receive device information, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, ad performance data, approximate location, and other information necessary to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Rewarded video ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded video ad, we or our advertising partners may process information necessary to confirm whether the ad was completed and whether the in-app reward should be granted. Third-party advertising partners process information according to their own privacy policies. The specific advertising partners used in the App may change from time to time depending on app version, region, and ad availability.

How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes: 1. To provide and maintain the App and its gameplay features; 2. To save or restore local game progress, preferences, and settings; 3. To display, measure, limit, and improve advertisements; 4. To provide rewards when you choose to watch rewarded video ads; 5. To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, technical issues, or security incidents; 6. To respond to support requests and user communications; 7. To comply with applicable laws, platform requirements, and legal obligations.

Local Data

Game progress, preferences, settings, and certain gameplay data may be stored locally on your device. Local data may be deleted if you uninstall the App, clear app data, change devices, or update your device system. Some local data may not be transmitted to us. However, certain advertising-related data may be processed by advertising service providers as described above.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers and advertising partners that help us operate the App, deliver advertisements, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, or provide support. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, and services.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that requires parental consent under applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete or handle the information as required by law.

You can manage certain privacy choices through your device settings, including: 1. Changing App Tracking Transparency permission for the App; 2. Resetting or limiting advertising identifiers where supported by your operating system; 3. Deleting the App to remove locally stored app data from your device; 4. Contacting us for privacy-related questions.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
